Our studio provided associate architect services at the beginning phases of this project. The interior redesign involved interior changes to the accessory spaces. The original construction from the 1990's, by architect Ed Niles, was of a commercial building system; primarily steel, concrete, and glass. The steel structure afforded for large areas of glass connecting the interior and exterior with light, shadow, and reflection.
