This lounge space is a central entry point for a number of companies housed in one large open space. It is also an intersection between the companies and provides a meeting area between workers, clients, and other vistors to the facility. The design strategy was to shape a historical snapshot of the company through contemporary art and creative design, making this lounge a feature focus of the entire first floor.

The artwork implemented included a large scale ariel photo of the Los Angeles, a 50' mural including a time line of the development of the multi billion dollar asset companies, archival historical photos, and a ceiling light sculpture.
